Lauren is a playful teacher, who is keen to share her love for movement. She is an AcroYoga teacher and a RYT200 Yoga teacher, who has taught Yoga in the UK & India. She currently teaches weekly classes in Brighton, workshops in the UK & abroad and offers Thai massage treatments.

"*Brilliant, brilliant class, Lauren is a fantastic teacher, kind, supportive and encouraging. Adept at teaching a range of levels (I'm still very beginner and she was able to adapt lots of exercises to keep me challenged and engaged.) Great warm up with some strength and conditioning work before we practised balance work. The venue is also very clean, spacious and warm. Highly recommend this class! *"LUCY K, BRIGHTON

Online Courses

I also offer 2 courses in Yoga and Inversions. Both consist of four parts and are designed to give you more information, alignment cues and awareness than a busy class. The best bit is that this will be yours to keep forever, pause, rewind, and rewatch. This will help you to solidify your weekly practice. I am offering each course for £18, or both for £30 totalling 200 minutes of instruction.
